摘  要:目的 :探讨牙齿漂白及漂白后再矿化对变形链球菌在釉质表面粘附定植的影响。方法 :选用因正畸减数的前磨牙分别进行离体牙和活髓牙漂白。离体牙漂白后分别应用生理盐水、人工唾液和再矿化液处理 ,活髓牙漂白后分别给予盐水和再矿化液含漱 ,分别分离培养变形链球菌并计数。结果 :离体牙和活髓牙漂白后釉质表面粘附的变形链球菌均明显增多 ,并且变形链球菌在牙齿漂白后应用再矿化液处理 ,釉质表面的粘附能力低于对照组。结论 :漂白后变形链球菌在釉质表面的粘附能力增强 ,应用再矿化液有助于减少变形链球菌在漂白后釉质表面的粘附。Objective:To observe the influence of bleaching and remineralization on adhesion of streptococcus mutans to enamel surface. Method: Healthy premolars that would be extracted according to the therapeutic schedule were bleached in vitro and in vivo respectively. After bleaching in vitro, the teeth were immerged in physiological saline solution, artificial saliva and remineralization solution respectively. Meanwhile, after bleaching in vivo, patients were had their mouths rinsed with either physiological saline solution or remineralization solution. Streptococcus mutans were isolated from the enamel surfaces and cultivated for counting.Result: Both in vitro and in vivo bleached enamel of all experimental groups showed increased colonies of S. mutans. In addition, the adhere ability to enamel surfaces which were treated with solution in vitro and in vivo groups was lower than other groups.Conclusion: The adhering ability to enamel by S. mutans after bleaching was enhanced, while simultaneously applying remineralization solution could reduce the adhesion of S. mutans to enamel surface after bleaching.
