摘　　要：岩骨尖、斜坡区肿瘤位置深在,且与周围重要的神经血管关系紧密,手术全切难度较大。本文探讨伽玛刀放射外科对各种岩骨尖、斜坡区肿瘤的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析伽玛刀治疗55例岩斜区良性肿瘤的临床资料,总结治疗经验。结果:本组55例病人随访6～60个月,平均26.3个月,肿瘤总控制率87.3%;4例因肿瘤再生长行手术治疗。结论:伽玛刀对岩骨尖斜坡区小型的、手术后残余的肿瘤具有较好的控制作用。对侵及岩斜区的恶性肿瘤,伽玛刀也被公认是重要的综合治疗方法之一。BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Petroclival tumors, which locate deeply and have a close relationship with important nerval and blood vessel structures, are difficult to be resected completely. This study was to investigate the gamma knife radiosurgery for tumors involving the apical petrous and clivus regions. METH-ODS: From October 1997 to November 2003, 55 patients with petroclival tumors were treated by OUR-XGD gam-ma Knife radiosurgery. The experiences of management of petroclival tumors by this procedure were summarized.RESULTS: Fifty-five patients underwent a follow-up ranged from 18 to 60 months (median 26.3months), and the tumor control rate was 87.3%. Surgical resection was performed after gamma knife radiosurgery in 4 patients.CONCLUSIONS: Gamma knife radiosurgery is helpful for those small and residual tumors that involve the apical petrous and clivus regions, with high tumor control rate and less complications. It is also a receivable treatment modality for malignant petroclival tumors.
