摘　　要：研究了不同的退火温度、冷变形量和不同稳定化制度对3004铝合金带材性能的影响,确定了3004铝合金H32状态带材的生产工艺参数。研究结果表明,3004铝合金H12状态带材经210℃10h稳定化处理,技术指标达到用户要求,敏化处理验证带材的力学性能稳定。The effect of different annealing systems cold defermation extents and stablization on mechanical properties of 3004 aluminium alloy has been investigated. The process parameter of 3004-H32 temper strip is established.The result of study shows that parameters of heating temperature 210℃ holding time 10 h can make 3004-H12 temper strip meet consumers requirements. The stable properties has been testified by means of sensitization.
