摘　　要：本文从文艺思潮这个层面，从古典抒情传统、晚唐象征主义和宋代 以文为诗三个角度，探讨“五四”以来中国现代新诗对于古典诗歌的传承。作 者认为，新诗受西方诗潮影响甚深，但新诗对于古典诗歌的传承，更深厚，更 沉潜。The text investigates into the inheritance of modern Chinese poetry since the May- fourth Movement from its classical lyrics, the symbolism of Late Tang, and the making of poetry from prose in the Song dynasty. The author regards that modern Chinese poetry has been considerably influenced by Western literary currents, though, it has been nourished by classical Chinese poetry much more abundantly and steadfastly.
