摘　　要：环保产业是人类社会进步的文明成果 ,也是经济可持续发展的重要物质保障 ,随着经济建设与环境保护事业的发展 ,环保产业现已成为全球性的一种特殊产业 ,本文论述了我国的环保产业的特点及制约环保产业发展的因素 ,提出加快环保产业发展必需解决的财政金融对策。The environmental protection industry is not only the progressive civilization achievement of human society but also the important material security of the sustainable development of economy. With the development of economic construction and environmental protection cause, the environmental protection industry has now become a special global industry. This paper discusses the factors which restrain the development of environmental protection industry and presents the financial policies which are needed to solve the problem of accelerating the development of environmental protection industry.
