摘　　要：介绍了YQ15 3A前轴精密辊锻工艺 ,包括热收缩率的选择 ,辊锻件图的确定 ,毛坯直径尺寸的选定 ,各典型截面特征孔型设计与延伸率的分配 ,第 3、 2、 1道辊锻件图设计等。This paper introduces the selection of precision roll forging for YQ153A front axle, including the selection of contraction, decision of roll forging drawing, selection of diameter of blank, designing of each typical sections groove, allocation of coefficient of elongation and the roll forging drawing designing of 3rd, 2nd and 1st roll forging step.
