摘  要:β 环糊精(β CD)可与1 溴萘(BN)和脂肪醇(A)形成三元包络物,使BN分子产生强磷光;用BP代替A,同 样可生成β CD∶BN∶BP三元包合物.当A和BP同时存在时,溶液中生成的β CD∶BN∶A和β CD∶BN∶BP三元包络物 之间通过缔合作用形成多元络合物.与β CD∶BN∶A相比,BP可对BN分子周围微环境进行调节,使BN分子的刚性增 强,磷光强度进一步提高,同时可观察到BN对BP荧光产生猝灭作用.当A和萘(N)同时存在时,因β CD∶N∶A包 络物的形成可使N基态二聚体包络物完全解离,N和BN分子分别被包络进不同的β CD空腔内,β CD可有效地屏蔽 BN对N的猝灭作用,N的荧光进一步增强;高浓度N存在下生成的β CD∶N∶A包络物沉淀也可起到提高β CD∶BN∶ A包络物的刚性作用,最终也导致了BN磷光的显著增强.分子相对大小分析为实验结果提供了合理解释.Ternary inclusion complexes of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) with 1-bromoonaphthalene(BN)and alcohols(A) show intense phosphorescence in aerated aqueous solutions. Similarly inclusion of β-CD with biphenyl(BP) and BN also results in ternary in clusion complexes.In the presence of A and BP,BP can greatly improve the microenvironment surrounding BN and enhance phosphorescence of BN triggered by BP. This result may arise from association between β-CD∶BN∶A and β-CD∶BN∶BP inclusion complexes. Greater rigidity of the complex is achieved, leading to more intense phosphorescence than corresponding ternary inclusion complexes. Different from BP, the dimer of inclusion complex of β-CD with naphthalene(N)completely dissociates in the presence of A due to the inclusion of β-CD with N and A.Thus enhanced fluorescence of N monomer is observed. At higher concentration of N, the formation of poorly soluble inclusion complex plays a predominant role in determining phosphorescence enhancement of β-CD∶BN∶A.Analysis of molecular size affords reasonable explanation for spectral behavior.
