数字化磁力研抛技术在模具中的应用

摘　　要：针对模具制造过程中模具表面的自动化研抛光整加工的问题,介绍了一种数字化磁力研抛技术。从专用的数字化磁力研抛设备和在NC机床上改装方法、磁性磨粒的选择、研抛加工工艺参数的选择、三维模具加工模型的获得与数字化研抛轨迹的生成方法,详细介绍了其关键技术。To the problem of automatic finishing and polishing and processing of mould surface in mould manufacturing,a digitized magnetic abrasive finishing and polishing technology are introduced. Expatiate its key technologies about the application-specific numeralization magnetic abrasive polishing equipments as well as its repacking means in a NC machine tool,and the selection of magnetic abrasive and polishing process technology parameter, and the obtain of three dimension mould processing model, and the generating method of digitized finishing and polishing trail.
