中枢神经系统表皮样囊肿20例CT与MRI诊断

摘　　要：目的 :分析颅内及椎管内表皮样囊肿的CT和MRI的表现。方法 :对 2 0例经手术证实的颅内及椎管内各部位表皮样囊肿的CT和MRI的表现作回顾性分析。结果 :本病好发于中线结构及其附近间隙 ;在CT上表现多为类圆形分叶状囊性低密度肿块 ,也可呈高密度或混杂密度。在MRI上信号多为长T1长T2 信号 ,也有呈短T1长T2 信号。结论 :CT及MRI对无钙化的表皮样囊肿有特征性诊断价值 ,对有钙化、囊肿内容物溃破侵蚀脑组织的表皮样囊肿诊断尚需仔细斟酌。Objective:To analyze the CT and MRI features of intracranial and intraspinal epidermoid cyst.Methods:The CT and MRI features of 20 patients with intracranial and intraspinal epidermoid cyst confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the intracranial and intraspinal epidermoid cyst were located in the medial areas or near the medial areas.CT scans showed ovoid or lobulated hypodense mass,and some appeared hyperdense or mixed-dense mass.MRI revealed long T 1 and T 2 signals in most cases.Some appeared short T 1 and long T 2 signals.Conclusions:The CT and MRI features have specific diagnostic value in noncalcific epidermoid cyst,but in diagnosis of calcificed cases,they may not be accurate enough.
