摘　　要：目的　探讨脱细胞真皮治疗重度瘢痕性睑内翻的临床效果。方法　对 7例 (8眼 )重度瘢痕性睑内翻 ,采用脱细胞真皮进行矫治。结果　术后随访 4～ 15月 ,炎症反应轻微 ,外观满意 ,睑缘恢复正常解剖位置。 2例视力在术后 2月明显提高。眼部主观感觉亦得到了改善。结论　脱细胞真皮作为一种新型组织工程材料 ,在矫治重度瘢痕性睑内翻的应用中取得了满意的效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of AlloDerm in correcting severe cicatricial entropion. Methods 7 patients with severe cicatrical entropion of which 6 male, 1 female and 4 chemical burn, 3 burn were treated with acellular dermal matrix(ReDerm) as buttress grafts. Follow-up ranged from 4 to 15 months. Results The inflammation of the eyelid post operation was light. The eyelid motility, eyelid margin configuration as well as subjective,patient comport improved post operation, 2 patients' visual acuity improved by more than 2 lines after surgery. Conclusion As a bioengineering product, ReDerm is satisfactory in treating severe cicatricial entropion as a buttress graft. Key words:ReDerm; Severe cicatricial entropion
