乌圆补血口服液对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究乌圆补血口服液对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法　分别以东莨菪碱和乙醇致小鼠获得性和再现性记忆障碍。用跳台法观察乌圆补血口服液对学习记忆能力的改善作用。结果　乌圆补血口服液能明显减少东莨菪碱所致的获得性记忆障碍和 40 %乙醇所致的记忆再现障碍小鼠的错误次数 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 ) ,潜伏期明显延长 (P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5 )。结论　乌圆补血口服液对小鼠学习记忆有明显增强作用。Objective To investigate the ef fi cacy of Wuyuan Buxue syrup on the mouse learning and memory. Me thods The scopolamine and alcohol were used to induce mice acqui red and reproducibility memory disorder, respectively. The improved efficacy of Wuyuan Buxue syrup on mouse memory were observed by step down test. Results Wuyuan Buxue syrup can decrease acquired memory dis order induced by scopolamine and the wrong times of reproducibility memory disor der induced by 40% alcohol (P<0.01 or 005), and the latency period prolonged significantly (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion Wuyuan Buxue syrup can significantly strengthen the efficacy of learning and memory in mice.
