摘 要:感应热处理的发展已经由过去机械式中频发电机组向晶体管中频电源发展 ;对于集大电流、高耐压和高频特性于一体的固态电路 ,晶体管成为很有发展前途的功率电子器件。功率半导体器件在今后将向着大容量化、高频化、驱动简单、低导通压降、模块化和功率集成化方向发展。淬火机床的发展采用变频调速电机 ,步进电机或伺服电机 ,通过滚珠丝杆传动 ,移动速度均匀、精确。使用计算机进行控制的自动淬火机床 ,屏幕显示工作状况 ,同时可故障报警或故障诊断。能量监控系统 ,工件加热温度的监控 ,采用PLC与NC控制已带普遍性。The induction heat treatment has developed from mid-frequency generating set into mid-frequency transistor power source.With the solid-state circuit concentrating heavy current,resistance to high-voltage and high frequency characteristics into an organic whole,the transistor has become an electron device with great future.The transister devices will develop towards such directions as high capactity,high frequency,simply driving,low cut-in valtage drop,blocking and power integration.The quenching machine tool will use frequency conversion speed-regulating motor,step-by-step motor or servo motor,and drive through ball lead screw,with motion speed being even and precise.Automatic quenching machine tool controlling by computer will display working condition on screen,and give the alarm at trouble or diagnose trouble. PLC and NC have been generally used for energy monitoring system and heating temperature monitoring system for workpiece.
