摘 要:分析了BTA深孔加工中钻杆和工件内孔壁间由于切削液的存在而引起的旋转钻杆涡动问题。首先以非线性形式给出了钻杆旋转时受到的切削液反作用力,然后建立了有流体力作用时钻杆运动的数学模型,分析了切削液引起的钻杆涡动和失稳的力学机理与条件,证明了失稳的主要原因是自激振动,而激振力引起的次谐振是次要原因。通过分析失稳与钻杆运动参数的关系,得出了对生产实践有指导意义的切削用量选择准则,理论分析结果与实际生产中使用的数据一致。The influence of vortex motion of spinning drilling shaft is investigated, which caused by the hydro-force between the workpiece hole and the drilling shaft. First, it established the mathematic model of spinning drilling shaft concerning about the nonlinear reactive force of liquid acted on the drilling shaft. Then it acquired equation of vortex motion buckling condition and instability on drilling shaft. It proves that main reason of instability on spinning drilling shaft is the self-excited vibration and sub-resonance is the side effect. By analyzing the relation between the instability and the moving parameters of drilling shaft, the rules of selecting cutting parameters are derived. The theoretical result is consistent with practical data used in the factory, so has significant guidance to the production.
