摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童糖皮质激素性青光眼或高眼压的病因、临床特点、治疗方法和预防措施。方法　对 2 3例 (46只眼 )儿童糖皮质激素性青光眼或高眼压患者进行回顾性分析。结果　 2 3例中 ,男性 16例 ,女性 7例 ;年龄 3～ 14岁 ,平均 (8 81± 15 32 )岁 ,均为局部使用 ,合并全身使用6例 ,平均用药时间 (14± 2 3 18)个月。所有患者均因结膜炎或其他外眼病。所有患者均具有开角型青光眼或高眼压的临床表现。结论　滥用药物是发生儿童糖皮质激素性青光眼或高眼压的重要原因 ,并提出了临床上可以避免的诱致儿童糖皮质激素性青光眼或高眼压 5种常见原因。Objective To investigate the etiology,clinical characteristics,treatment and prevention of glucocorticoid glaucoma(GIG)in children. Methods Retrospectively,23 cases(46 eyes)with GIG and/or ocular hypertension in children including 16 males and 7 females in the age range 3～14 years were studied. Results All cases used glucocorticoid locally,6 cases unite it systemically,and the mean therapeutic time was (14±23 18)months Conjunctivitis of various causes was the main disease to use glucocorticoid,All cases have the clinical features of glucocorticoid glaucoma and/or ocular hypertension. Conclusions The important cause leading to glucocorticoid glaucoma and/or ocular hypertension is the abuse of glucocorticoid.There are five common causes of glucocorticoid glaucoma and/or ocular hypertension that may be avoided in clinic practice.
