摘　　要：基于维生素B1(VB1)可将Fe(Ⅲ)还原为Fe(Ⅱ),生成的Fe(Ⅱ)与2,2'联吡啶形成桔红色配合物,建立了偶合反应分光光度法测定VB1的新方法.线性范围2.4～21.0mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.7%.该方法用于VB1片剂、针剂的测定,结果与药典标准方法测得值一致.A new method for determination VB_1 by Spectrophotometry was developed based on Fe(Ⅲ) as the oxidizer of vitamin B_1 and 2,2'-dipyridine as the coloring reagent of Fe(Ⅱ) which was produced from Fe(Ⅲ).Linear range 2.4～21.0?mg/L,the relative standard deviation is 2.7?%(ρ=10.0?mg/L,n=11).The method has been used to determine VB_1 in injection and tablets with satisfactory effects.
