摘  要:瓦楞纸板流水线用淀粉胶黏剂的特性越来越受到人们的关注,本文以此为出发点,通过用改性剂尿素和硝酸钠对两步法制备玉米淀粉胶黏剂进行改性研究,探讨了黏度、初黏性和糊化温度这三个性能指标对胶液的影响。结果发现尿素能够在一定程度上增加胶液的黏度,并且加入量超过一定限度,黏度呈直线上升,能够降低初黏性和糊化温度;硝酸钠的加入也在一定程度上降低了胶液的黏度,并且加入量超过一定限度,黏度降低很大,同时也能够降低初黏性。Effects urea and sodium nitrate on three properties of two stage process maize starch adhesive were discussed in this paper.The three properties included viscosity,stickiness and paste temperature.The result shows urea could increase viscosity in some degree.When the quantity exceeded some degree,however,viscosity increased sharply.In addition,urea could decrease stickiness and paste temperature.Sodium nitrate could also decrease viscosity in some degree.Viscosity decreased greatly when the quantity exceeded certain quantity.At the same time,stickiness decreased also.
