摘 要:采用SBS为柔性版材感光树脂的主要组分 ,研究交联单体、引发剂、UV灯功率等各因素对凝胶质量分数、溶胀比、硬度、交联深度及速度等参数的影响。结果表明 :选择TPGDA作为交联单体 ,并加入SBS质量的 10 %~5 5 %的液体聚丁二烯 (L PB)能调节版面硬度达合适范围 ;采用BAPO与 184的复合引发剂体系 ,能使交联速度、交联深度及溶胀比等参数达到最优 ;Flexographic printing plates were formulated with SBS as main resin. Kinds of the crosslinkers and photoinitiators,power of mercury lamp, and liquid polybutadiene were investigated in term of gel fraction, swelling degree, hardness and crosslinking depth. The results showed the hardness could be tuned by using TPGDA as crosslinker and adding liquid polybutadiene (10%~55% of SBS by mass); the use of the compound photoinitiator system comprising BAPO and 184 made the crosslinking rate and depth, and the swelling degree optimum; the mercury lamp of high power was found to be unsuitable for such a system.
