摘　　要：目的　探讨呋喃唑酮 (NFZ)对成年雄性大鼠生精细胞的抑制作用及其副作用。方法　以Wistar大鼠为模型 ,灌胃法给药 ,采用组织切片及生物化学方法进行分析。结果　一定剂量的NFZ可以特异性抑制成年大鼠的精子细胞生成 ,而对睾丸的基本结构无损害 ,对其它脏器无伤害。此种抑制生精作用为可逆性 ,停药后较短时间即可恢复正常生育 ,子代发育正常。结论　呋喃唑酮有可能作为男性避孕药。Objective To explore the inhibiting effect of furazolidone (NFZ) on the formation of sperm stogenic cells of Wistar rats,as well as the adverse reaction of the drug.Methods Treat Wistar rats with NFZ by stomach perfusion and observe the effect of drug by tissue section and biochemical method.Results The NFZ at a certain dosage showed specific inhibiting effect on the formation of sperm stogenic cells of adult rats.However,the drug showed no significant harm to the basic structure of testis or other organs.The inhibiting effect was reversible.The fertilities of rats recovered to normal level within a short time after withdrawal of the drug.The development of offspring of the rats treated with NFZ was normal.Conclusion NFZ may be used as a contraceptive for male use.
