机床传动链精度理论的系统研究

摘　　要：本文运用系统、相关和对比思维准则,将传动链误差、原始误差和工件加工误差进行相关性考察,把机床的四类内联传动链(分度链、螺纹链、差动链和展成链)视为一个系统,分析其误差的形成机理和误差传递规律,推导其数学模型。结果是四类表达式的结构相仿,都有波动性和趋向性两部分,为精确的误差分析,为简化误差信号处理提供了理论基础。In this paper, the authors applied the principle of systems, comparison and correlation to investigate the correlativity of the transmission chain's errors, the original errors and the workpiece proccessing errors. By regarding the four kinds of the transmission chains in machine tools as a system, the authors analyse the error's forming mechanism and the law of error's transfer, and thus derive a mathematical model. The result is that the error's expressions of the four kinds of transmission chains are similar, and the models for data processing are unified. The authors have also discovered several main concepts about the problem of improving the accuracy of the transmission chains, in which the engineering-field is interested. Many new concepts in this article cae be found in this paper.
