摘　　要：本文对财务管理目标的多种提法,在阶段性、现实性的原则之下,认为还是“利润最大化”最符合我国现阶段国情,且最具现实性。并对利润最大化的现实性和不足进行了深入剖析,说明利润最大化的财务管理目标的可操作性和可实现性。Under consideration of the principle of stages and practicality and various definition of the target of financial affairs, the article proves that it is suitable and the most practical for our country to maximize the profit. The article also analyzes the practicality and defect of the maximization of profit explaining the target is operational and practical.
