摘  要:采用近红外(NIR)漫反射光谱法对头孢拉定胶囊进行快速定量分析。按处方配制头孢拉定含量5.01%~91.24%的30个实验室样品,并收集来源于7个厂家的49批市售产品,采集其NIR光谱。采用偏最小二乘回归法建立NIR光谱信息与样品组成间的定量分析模型,模型对21个验证样品的的预测均方差RMSEP为1.35%,预测值与理论值的相关系数为0.9968,平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.3%。A near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy was used to determine the content of cefradine capsules. Thirty samples with cefradine contentfrom 5.01% to 91.24% were prepared in thelaboratory,and 49 samples on the marketfrom 7 different factorieswere collected. The NIR spectra werecollected on an Antaris FT-NIRanalyzer. Thepartial least squares regression (PLSR) algorithm was used to build the calibration model. The model was validated by other 21 samples. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 1.35%. The correlation coefficient between the true value and prediction value was 0.9968.The average recovery was 99.4%(RSD 1.3%).
