摘　　要：简要介绍了数字图书馆的概念和内涵,论述了数字图书馆建设的方法、途径和原则,重点对信息资源数字化的有关技术手段进行了探讨。This paper briefly introduces the conception and connotation of the digital library, discusses on the methods, channels and principles for the construction of the digital library, and probes emphatically into some techniques and measures related to the digitalization of the information resources.
