摘　　要：从重视企业领袖人格魅力的价值、用完善合理的制度约束和激励人、构建合理的组织管理结构、淡化民营企业的家族气氛、以浓厚的文化氛围吸引人才、构筑民企领导与员工沟通的平台、加强外部协作与充分利用外脑等方面阐述了民营中小企业的人才经营问题。This paper expounds the problem of the talents management in people-run small and medium-sized enterprises from aspects of paying attention to the value of the attractive personality of enterprise's leaders, restraining and exciting the workers with the perfect and rational systems, establishing rational organizing managerial structure, desalting the familial atmosphere, attracting the talents with pronounced cultural atmosphere, structuring the platform for the communication between the leaders and the workers of the enterprise, and strengthening the external cooperation and making full use of the external brain, etc.
