结肠造口回缩原因及防治的探讨

摘　　要：　回顾性分析528例Miles术后结肠造口回缩的原因及处理。发生结肠造口回缩者12例,其中6例因为造口处肠管缺血坏死,2例因继发造口皮下感染,另4例因肥胖所致;8例予局部手术治疗,4例保守治疗效果好。初步研究结果示,造口处肠管缺血坏死是结肠造口回缩的主要原因,术后局部复发行Miles术的患者为高危人群,局部行肠管提取术治疗为有效治疗方法。The object of this study was to explore the causes, prevention and treatment for colostomy stoma contraction after Miles operation. The clinical data of 528 patients who had been received Miles operation were reviewed. There were 12 cases with stoma contraction. The causes are stoma necrosis (6 cases), fat (4 cases), and surrounding infection of stoma (2 cases). Eight cases were received operations. It shows provention stoma necrosis is the most important way to prevention colostomy stoma contraction, taking operation is an easy and effective way to treat it.
