摘　　要：目的:提高尿路内翻性乳头状瘤的诊断及治疗水平。方法:回顾分析我院6例尿路内翻乳头状瘤的诊断、治 疗方法及预后。结果:术前6例均行腔内B超检查,确诊3例(50％),5例行膀胱镜检十活检,全部确诊(100％),所有病例 均行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TUR-BT),术后膀胱灌注化疗药物,无1例复发或恶变。结论:腔内B超,膀胱镜栓+活检是 诊断该瘤的必要步骤,其中后者可确立诊断,治疗首选TUR-BT,术后定期膀胱灌注化疗药物是必要的。Objective To evalute the diagnosis and treatment of the inverted urothelial papilloma. Method Six cases of inverted urothelial papilloma treated in the hospilal from 1992 to 2002 were analyzed. Results All cases were examined with B-ultrasonic and 3 cases were diagnosed and 5 cases were diagnosed with urethroscopy and living body examination. All 6 cases were performed operation with TUR-BT, and given chemotherapy after operation. No reoccurance or canceration happened. Conclusion The only way to diagnose the turner is to use B-ultrasonic, urethroscopy and living body check and to use TUR-BT and chemotherapy after operation is the necessary treatment.
