摘 要:1982年利用六棱抗大麦黄花叶病(Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus)品种鹿岛麦、嵊县无芒六棱、二棱耐病品种77-130,81-66,如东早3选盐选③作亲本杂交,选得F_5耐抗BYMV二棱品系1、2、3。分别混合繁殖增代,分世代室内保存。1988年F_(7~15)9个世代、1991年F_(8~19)12个世代在上海市农业科学院病圃进行抗病性鉴定。二年结果表明,感病对照品种株发病率均为100%,黄化分别为2级和3级;品系1各世代发病率为0.48%~2.68%;品系2为0%~1.75%,发病单株均未黄化;品系3未发病。耐、抗BYMV的品系抗病性不因世代增加而下降,耐、抗病性稳定。说明大麦抗BYMV育种是有效的。二年试验中,品系1、2的株发病率、感病对照品种的黄化程度不一致,前者由于1987年11月下旬气温偏高,降雨量较多,后者由于翌年1月上旬气温偏低;另外可能是因不同病圃病毒株系不同所造成。培育高抗品种选用适宜的抗源亲本是重要的。各世代与产量间的相关系数(0.168,0.170,0.300)不显著。Using disease resistant six-rowed barley varieties 'Ludao and Shenxian wumang lulin' and disease tolerant two-rowed barley varieties '77-130,81-66 and Ludong zao No. 3,Xuanyan xuan No. 3' as parents,hybridized combinations were mated in 1982. Disease tolerant or resistant lines No. 1,2 and 3 were selected in F_6 generation from those combinations. The lines were massly reproduced seperatly and the seeds reserved according to their generations. Disease resistance was identified in disease gardens of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences,with the materials of 9 generations of F_7 to F_(15) in 1988 and 12 generations of F_8 to F_(19) in 1991. The two years' experiments showed that the disease incidence was 100% for disease susceptible check variety,0. 48% to 2. 68% for line No. 1 and 0 to 1. 75% for line No. 2; and that aetiolation severity was second or third grade for check variety and there was no aetiolation for line No. 1 and No. 2 and no disease incidence for line No. 3. The disease tolerance or resistance was stable and did not decrease with the increase of generation sequence,this demonstrated the effectiveness of disease resistant breeding on the control of barley yellow mosaic virus. Maybe the differences in disease incindence for line No. 1 and No. 2, and in aetiolation grade for disease susceptible check variety in two-years'experiments resulted from more rainfall and higher temperature in the last ten-days of November of 1987 in the former case and lower temperature in the first ten-days of January of 1988 in the latter case or resulted from the different virus lines in different disease gardens in the two cases. It is very important for breeding disease resistant variety to select suitable resistant parents. No significant relation exists between generation sequence and grain yield (r = 0. 168,0. 170, 0.300).
