摘  要:有机酸对缓解蔬菜氨中毒机理的研究结果表明:根外添加α-酮戊二酸、草酰乙酸等有机酸,可有效地促进喜硝蔬菜黄瓜、小白菜的生长,增强黄瓜、小白菜根系的活力,减少黄瓜、小白菜根与叶中氨的积累,并提高氨同化过程中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)的活力。供试的8种有机酸中,起显著作用的是α-酮戊二酸、草酰乙酸;起有益作用的有柠檬酸、丙酮酸、苹果酸、反丁烯二酸;无作用或有负作用的是酒石酸和丁二酸。Pot experiments were carried out in the greenhouse with water culture to study the effect of foliar-applied organic acid in lowering the ammonia poisoning in plants. The results indicated that α-ketoglutaric acid and oxaloacetic acid effectively promoted the growth of the nitrate-loving vegetables such as pakchoi and cucumber,enhanced the root activity , lowered the accumulation of ammonia in the leaves and increased the activity of GS and GDH enzymes in the course of ammonium assimilation of these vegetable crops. Among the eight different organic acids tested α-ketoglutaric acid and oxaloacetic acid are most pronounced in enhancing the ammonium assimilation process;citric acid,pyruvic acid,malic acid and fumaric acid rank second;tartaric acid and succinic acid have no effect or negative effect on ammonium assimilation process in plants.
