摘　　要：高层建筑作为学生公寓使用是近年来出现并呈逐步发展的新的态势。解决好人流的交通问题和安全问题是高层公寓管理工作中的关键 ,也是学校和社会共同关注的问题。It has been a new and developing trend to use high-rise building as students' apartments. To handle the problems of transportation and security is the key to the management of high-rise apartments as well as a common concern to schools and the society.
