摘　　要：目的探讨24小时脑电图对儿童癫痫诊断的意义。方法对20例临床疑诊为癫痫但常规脑电图正常的患儿进行24小时动态脑电图监测后作回放分析。结果动态脑电图总异常率80%,痫样放电率为70%;睡眠期出现痫样放电占总数的70%。结论动态脑电图对儿童癫痫的诊断有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the significance of ambulatory EEG (AEEG) in children with epilepsy.Methods AEEG was carried out in 20 children with epilepsy whose regular EEG (REEG) were all normal.Results In 14 of the 20 children,epileptiform discharges were recorded in AEEG,the positive rate was 70%,contrasting sharply with the zero percent of their REEG. All the epileptiform discharges were found in sleep,mostly in NREM.Conclusion AEEG is of important value in diagnosing pediatric epilepsy.
