苏云金杆菌溶细胞毒素及相关基因研究进展

摘　　要：苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillusthuringiensis,Bt)是一种革兰氏阳性土壤细菌,在其芽孢形成期能够产生多种杀虫晶体蛋白,这些蛋白在靶害虫中肠内被激活为毒素并使细胞膜穿孔,从而达到杀虫目的。近年来,关于溶细胞毒素分布、分类、杀虫机理、昆虫抗性等问题的研究已成为新的热点。文章综述了各国实验室在这些方面的最新进展。Bacillus thuringiensis is a Gram-positive spore-forming bacterium that forms insecticidal protein toxin crystals during sporulation. These proteins are activatied in midgut, then bind and incert the cell membrane, form pores. In these years, some problems about distribution, classification, mechanism and resistance of cytolytic toxin are becoming new hotspots. We review the progress of these problems in several foreign labs.
