摘  要:基于专家智能控制EIC(ExpertIntelligenceControl)具有跟随特性好、逻辑运算方法简便的成功经验,又取其限幅积分控制PIC(ProportionIntegralControl)具有可靠性高、稳定性好的特点,将两者结合起来,采用分段控制的策略;加温时在低温段采用EIC控制策略,而在高温段则采用PIC控制策略,进入恒温段后则采用保持模式.Based on the method of expert intelligence control(EIC),which has the good qualities of following characteristic and has successful experience on Boolean calculation, and combining the method of proportion integral control(PIC), which has the advantages of good stability and credibility, a new furnace temperature controller is put forward. Thereby, when heating, during the period of low temperature, we use the EIC and during the period of high temperature, PIC is applied. When the temperature is stable, we use the strategy of holding module.
