摘　　要：综合运用层次分析法和模糊综合评判法(多层次模糊综合评判法)对供应链管理环境下新产品开发项目进行研究,以代数值表示评价结果。结合某企业新产品开发的实际,对新产品开发项目评价指标体系进行实例分析,结果充分证明了此方法的可行性和正确性。It analysizes the main factors,which may influence the new product development project based on supply chain management(SCM) and establishes evaluation index system for evaluating new product development project on supply chain management. Then it determines the weight of each index with the help of Hierarchial Analysis and fuzzy synthesizing evaluation. Finally it presents the evaluation results with digital values after researching one company’s new product development project. The results show the availability of this method,which can help the leader of a company to select the best new product development project.
