摘　　要：竞争情报与技术预见虽然存在一些差异,但在基本理念和研究方法上具有很多一致性。从企业和政府两个竞争情报系统层次对如何处理竞争情报与技术预见的关系进行初步探讨,提出在不同层次上整合两者优势,发展和建立基于竞争情报系统的技术预见,以促进形成准确、及时而又具战略前瞻性的科技决策体制。With a summary of the basic concepts,research methods and functions of competitive intelligence,technology foresight and knowledge management,it discusses how to understand and handle the relations between technology foresight and competitive intelligence. Problems in the research on CIS,government competitive intelligence and their solutions are also explored. Technology foresight and competitive intelligence should be integrated so as to gain mutual benefits.
