摘　　要：重理轻文是一个国家在追赶工业文明阶段存在的普遍现象。以直接经济效益尺度来衡量学科价值是形成认识误区的主要原因。强化文理并重意识才能使尊重人才方略落到实处 。Emphasizing the science and belittling the liberal arts are the universal phenomena in a country pursuing industrial civilization. Measuring the value of science by direct economic profits is the main reason to make this cognitive mistake. Strengthening the consciousness of emphasizing both the liberal arts and science is the only guarantee for carrying out the strategy of respecting the qualified personnel and developing the national economy and the course of socialism.
