为民营经济发展创造公平的融资环境

摘　　要：民营经济作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,不仅承担着发展经济、解决就业的重任,而且肩负着制度创新和管理创新的历史使命。但是,民营经济在金融市场却承受着诸多不公平的待遇,这既不利于民营经济的进一步发展,也对市场经济体制的完善十分有害。因此,金融监管部门要积极引导金融机构深化改革,为民营经济的发展提供公平的融资环境。Being a very important composing part of our country's national economy, private economy not only undertakes the tasks of developing economy and solving obtaining employment, but also undertakes the historic mission of system innovation and management innovation. However, private economy endures a number of unjust treatments in financial market. This not only goes against the further development of private economy, but also is harmful to the perfection of market economy system. Therefore, finance supervision and management department should actively channel off the further reform finance institution in order to provide a fair financing environment for the development of private economy.
