摘 要:分析了滚动轴承典型故障的故障机理及其振动特征,详细介绍了滚动轴承振动信号分析与故障诊断的方法。提出了将包络分析作为小波分解的前置处理手段以提取信号故障特征的思想,并在此基础上开发研制了"GZZD-01型轴承故障诊断仪"。现场调试结果表明,该方法准确有效,适用于滚动轴承的监测和诊断。In this paper, the fault mechanism and vibration characteristics of rolling bearing are analyzed and the methods of vibration signal analysis and fault diagnosis for these components are described in detail. The authors successfully used an approach to the extraction of fault features from their vibrations with envelope analysis and orthogonal decomposition of wavelet packets, where envelope analysis is used as the preprocessing of the decomposition. Then, an instrument for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is developed. The results show that the method is very suitable for the online inspection and diagnosis of the rolling bearing.
