摘　　要：探讨科技期刊编辑人员的职业倦怠及其影响因素 ,发现情绪疲惫对编辑身心健康的影响尤其显著 ,倦怠对编辑的身心健康和工作满意度起消极作用。The author explores the job burnout and influencing factors of sci-te ch periodical editors, and results show that emotional exhaustion has a signific ant effect on physical and mental health of editors, and job burnout plays a neg ative role on physical and mental health and job satisfaction of editors.
