摘　　要：编委会在科技期刊编辑工作中肩负着重要任务和职责 ,如何组建编委会是一个重要问题。编委会的组建应遵循学者化原则、学术影响力原则、开放性原则、学科平衡原则、责任化原则和动态化原则。The establishment of the editorial board is of great significance beca use the board has important tasks and responsibilities. The following principles for the board establishing are suggested: the board should be consisted of expe rts; the board members should have academic influences; the board should be open to the outside; the members should be from different disciplines; the members s hould undertake responsibilities; and finally the board should be renewed timely .
