摘 要:用分离自云南省8个县(市)的马铃薯青枯病病菌273个菌株对马铃薯植株接种,测定马铃薯青枯病病菌对马铃薯的致病性。发现来自宣威的菌株在毒力和致病力方面均比昆明地区的强。对来自云南的主栽品种发病的标本分离接种显示:来自米拉、合作88、会 2的菌株因地区差异,70%~90%具有致病性,由于这些都是长期种植的老品种,所以加大品种带菌检测势在必行。273 isolates of Ralstonia solanacearum from 8 counties of Yunnan were inoculated to potato plant to determine their pathogenicity. Results showed that the pathogenicity and virulence of isolates from Xuanwei infected potato were more than that from Kunming. 273 isolates of Ralstonia solanacearum were isolated from diseased potato wilt samples collected from Xuanwei and Kunming, including 6 main potato cultivars of 13 locations with 1790-3000 m altitude.273 strains were tested by artificial inoculation.The virulence frequency of isolates from different potato planting areas and different cultivars were involved.
