39例晶体切割术分析

摘　　要：应用美国Storz玻璃体切割器,对39例各种类型的白内障患者48只眼进行手术,患眼术后视力明显增进者为54.76％。远期视力进步更为显著,84.62％的患眼视力显著提高。具有晶体切割切口小、组织损伤轻、操作简便、并发症少等优点。Using a Storz vitreous resection appliance made in USA, the authors of thia article successfully removed the diseased lenses of 48 eyes in 39 patients suffering from trumatic cataracts, congenital cataracts and after-cataracts. The overall therapeutic evaluation is as follows, 54.96% of the diseased eyes improved remarkably in their visual ability. Long-term followup showed 84.62% of the inflicted eyes obtained significant improvement in visual acuity.The merits of lensectomy are as follows, email incision, mild tissue damage, simple surgical procedure, few complications, good therapeutic effectiveness. We consider this method to be a relatively superior method for treatment of cataract patients.
