非小细胞肺癌 DNA 含量与其病理组织学的关系及临床意义

摘　　要：应用流式细胞仪检测92例非小细胞肺癌的 DNA 含量,异倍体检出率53.3%,平均DNA 指数1.53。经各种指标对比分析发现:肺癌细胞 DNA 倍体与肺癌的病理类型之间无明显关系,但与肺癌细胞的分化程度、癌灶的大小,临床分期及五年生存率之间均有密切关系。结果提示:肺癌细胞的 DNA 倍体是反映病理学上恶性程度和评价预后的重要参数。DNA content of paraffin-embedded specimen from 92 cases with non-small—cell lung cancer was analyzed by flow cytometry.In our series aneuploidy rate was 53.3% and medium DNA Index was 1.53.It was found that there was no relationship bctweet DNA content and histological type of thc cancer.But there was a significant difference betw- ccn DNA content and digree of cancer cell,diffekentiation tumor size,clinical stage or 5-year survival rate.Our results shows that DNA content is considered closely related to the degree of malignancy and prognosis of non-small-cell lung cancer eccys ases.
