摘 要:本文介绍了利用超声波激活血卟啉治疗癌肿瘤的设备、方法、离体及活体实验结果。实验表明,超声激活血卟啉具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。当血卟啉浓度为50μg/ml时。用超声激活后,对S180细胞的杀伤率可达95%以上,同样强度的超声作用相同时间后,对S180细胞的杀伤率只有3.67%。含有血卟啉的肿瘤细胞经二次超声照射后,对S180实体肿瘤增长的抑制率可达57.52%。文中还给出了声参量与肿瘤细胞杀伤率之间的关系曲线,并用荧光分析仪对肿瘤细胞损伤作用进行了定量测定,给出了结果。In vitro and in vivo experiments show that Hematoporphyrin derivativgs (HPD) iritated by ultrasound has obvious antitumor effect. At the concentration of 50μg/ml, the killing rate of HPD on S180, cells is 95% or more when iritated by ultrasound.The inhibit rate of HPD on mouse S130 tumor growth reached 57.52% after iritated twice with ultra- sound. The damage to tumor cells caused by HPD iritated by ultrasound was also measured quantatively by fluoroscent spectrophotometry. The submicroscopic structure change of the tumor cells was also observed with electron microscope. The principle and the equipment used in the experiments are also reported.
