摘　　要：目的 :观察FEP BY0 1肿瘤热治疗机治疗腹部实体肿瘤的效果及并发症。方法 :应用FEP BY0 1肿瘤热治疗机治疗腹部各种实体肿瘤 2 9例 ,并将其分成空腔脏器肿瘤和实质脏器肿瘤两组 ,分别观察治疗效果。结果 :空腔脏器肿瘤 7例 ,肿瘤部分消失率为 6 /7,NC为 1/7;实质脏器肿瘤 2 2例 ,显效率 40 9% (9/2 2 ) ,有效率 45 5 % (10 /2 2 ) ,无效率 13 6 % (3/2 2 )。全组治疗无穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论 :高强度体外聚焦超声技术对治疗腹部肿瘤 ,是一项效果明显又十分安全的新型局部治疗技术。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and complication of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) for the treatment of malignant tumor in abdomen.Methods: With FEP-BY01 pyrotherapier,we treated 29 patients with abdominal malignant tumors.Patients were divided into group of vacant viscera tumor and group of solid viscera tumor.Results: Among 7 cases of vacant viscera tumor group,palliative rate (PR)(6/7),no change(NC)1/7;Among 22 cases of solid viscera tumor,excellent result was achieved in 40.9%(9/22),good result in 45.5%(10/22) and no change in 13.6%(3/22).No intestinal perforation and internal hemorrahge occurred.Conclusion: As a new local treatment technique,HIUF was useful for the treatment of advanced abdominal malignant tumors.
