摘　　要：分析了目前大型百货店之所以效益滑坡,面临困境,是因为其发展不能适应现代市场发展的客观要求。从政府要加强宏观调控,企业要深化改革,实现体制、机制、理念的创新和规模扩张等方面提出了企业应着力打造企业自身的核心竞争力的对策。The reason of the large-scale department store for its declining economic benefits and the difficult situation is because it can not adapt to the objective demands of the modern market development. This paper puts forward the countermeasures for enterprises to increase core competitiveness from the aspects that the government should intensify the macro control, the enterprises should deepen the reformation, realize innovation of the system, mechanism, concept, and the expansion of the enterprises' scope, etc.
