摘　　要：对于苏南冲突的根本性因素,国内外学术界众说纷纭,莫衷一是。本文认为,冷战初期苏南在东欧地区战略上的分歧是冲突形成的根本因素。这既表现在对外战略的态势方面,又表现在对外战略的目标上。In academic world, home or abroad, to the basic factor of the Conflictbetween the Soviet Union and Yugoslavia, as opinions are quite divided, it'sdifficult to reach a consensus at the moment. This article takes the View that at thebeginning of the Gold War, the Strategic divergence towards the Eest Ewrope isthe basic factor which was reflected not only by the external strategic posture butalso by the external strategic aim.
