摘 要:目的 了解学校卫生人员预防儿童性虐待知识态度及教育活动。 方法 对 74名来自 1 3个省、市、自治区的学校卫生人员进行了不记名问卷调查。结果 97.3%的被调查人员赞成学校开展预防儿童性侵犯教育 ;学校卫生人员对儿童性侵犯问题有所了解 ,但仍有近半数人员缺少预防儿童性侵犯基本知识 ,在 1 4名担任小学健康教育课的老师中 ,只有 3人回答给学生讲过人身体的隐私部位是不能随便被人看到和触摸的。比较多的被调查人员认为有关预防儿童性侵犯教育内容“人身体各部分的名称”“好的接触和坏的接触”“与他人交往原则”“安全注意事项”等应该从小学 1、2年级开始讲。 结论 大多数学校卫生人员对学校预防儿童性侵犯教育持支持态度 ;应重视小学预防儿童性侵犯的教育以及对学校卫生人员有关预防儿童性侵犯教育基本知识和技能的培训。Objective To explore knowledge,attitudes and practices of child sexual abuse (CSA) prevention education in school health personnel. Methods Seventy-four school health personnel from 13 provinces were surveyed by self-administered questionnaire anonymously in Apr.2003 and Nov.2003. Results Among this sample,97.3% of them approved of school CSA prevention education.Overall,about half of them were still lack of knowledge of CSA prevention and the CSA prevention education in elementary schools was not enough.For example,only 58.1% of them believed that the most of abuser were familiar to the abused child,only 3 of 14 teachers,who work in the elementary schools and were responsible for the health education in their schools,reported that they had talked to the pupils that “private parts of our body should not be seen or touched by other people if there is no acceptable reason”.More school health personnel believed that the contents of CSA prevention education of“The name of our body parts”,“Good touch and bad touch”,“How to communicate with other people”and“Safe principle”should be taught in grade 1 or grade 2 of elementary school. Conclusions Most of school health personnel approved of school CSA prevention education.The CSA prevention education in elementary school should be improved and the school health personnel need to be trained in CSA awareness and CSA prevention education skills.
