摘  要:对某超临界600MW直流锅炉高温过热器导前区及惰性区均具有多模型摄动的过热汽温H∞鲁棒控制问题进行了研究。该被控对象在工况大范围变化时,模型(包括时间常数、增益、甚至对象阶次等)有很大的变化。对此提出了H∞鲁棒PID汽温控制系统设计方法。讨论了该模型摄动不确定性权函数及性能权函数的选择,求解了H∞鲁棒PI控制器。该控制器的实现,不需要增加现有控制设备额外的开支。仿真结果表明,设计的汽温控制系统具有较好的鲁棒性能。This paper presents the H∞ robust control problem of the perturbed model of the leading and inertia sections of the superheater of a supercritical concurrent 600MW boiler. The strong change of the model(including time constant, gain, even the orders etc.) of the controlled member occurs as the operating conditions are changed with extensiveness. A design method of H∞ robust PID control system is proposed, the selections of weighting functions are discussed and the H∞ robust PI controllers are solved. Results of the design look as if they were normal PI controllers, but their control quality, robustness and adaptability are better than the latter, and their structures are simple, definite, useful etc. The realization of the controllers doesn't involve extra cost to the control equipment in existence. The results show that the proposed method is valid.
