摘　　要：氮化硼作为一种性能优异的先进陶瓷材料,其应用及新的合成方法成为材料研究领域的热点和前沿问题。本文就氮化硼的应用及其合成方法的发展现状进行了介绍,并在简要介绍传统氮化硼(BN)合成方法的基础上,介绍了具有一定代表性的合成方法.阐述了自己对氮化硼合成技术未来发展的看法。More and more interests were focused on the study in the application an d synthesis of boron nitride (BN), a type of advanced inorganic material. In thi s work, we introduce the development in the research on the use and synthesis of BN in recent years, and report some latest methods to BN besides the common way s. Finally, the idea of the future synthesis technology of BN was given.
