摘　　要：基于J2EE技术、数据库管理技术和Struts框架的Browser/Server模式,设计了基于J2EE的汽轮机远程监测和故障诊断系统。介绍了系统的功能、数据库结构的设计、全矢谱和模糊神经网络诊断技术,以及在汽轮机状态监测和故障诊断中的应用。Based on the J2EE, the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for turbines are designed with Browser/Server model. The functions of the system, the structure of the database, the diagnosis technology based on vector-spectrum and fuzzy neural network and the applications in the management for turbines of enterprise are put forward.
