摘　　要：目的　探讨自由臂三维超声成像评价完全性葡萄胎的临床应用价值。方法　采用自由臂三维超声成像方法对 31例完全性葡萄胎患者进行了三维图像重建。结果　完全性葡萄胎的表面、内部结构及其液性区内表面均可立方体显示。结论　自由臂三维超声对完全性葡萄胎的成像是可行的 。Objective To approach the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound with free-hand in complete hydatidmole.Methods Two-dimensional ultrasound images scanned with free-hand were reconstructed stereoscopically in patients with complete hydatidmole.Results The surface and the internal strutures and the internal surface morphology of all complete hydatidmole could be three-dimentionally demonstrated. Conclusions Three-dimensional ultrasound with free-hand for evaluating the complete hydatidmole is feasible,and can provide morphologic information unattainable from two-dimensional ultrasound.
